When actually, In india it hasnt even reached its full potential. FOr instance where are the local newspapers whihc cater to just a neighbourhood. In the west every town has its own newspaper, not one many. Town as small as 25,000 people. In Dlehi one could start a paper for a locality like pitmapura, rohini et el.

then there are various niches like indian art/crafts, music, which are yet to be catered to?
